  • Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 — extended hours for both early risers and evening visitors.
  • Saturday: 09:00 – 16:00 — a balanced schedule that allows for weekend practice and personal rest.
  • Sunday: Closed — a dedicated day for silence, reflection, and personal renewal.
